I received a message from the post office. "the mail had not delieved becouse The absence of the addressee."
Please check that the my mail has arrived.

QUESTIONS
I received compensation for train delays related mailings.
The mails are written like this. "pour analyser votre dossier, certains elements sont actuellement manquants. je vous demande de bien vouloir nous faire parvenir sous 60 jours maximum."
Mail written on 24/02/2015, but it is too late for me. (April 1)
If I send the mail takes more than 15 days.
So I want to use the email for send the data.
Please let me know your email address.

I'm sorry for that. It's not over for that.
We need to return your ticket at Customer Office SNCF to Service Relation Client SNCF - FR-62973 ARRAS Cedex 9 FRANCE with your full bank details please. In order to allow us to continue the investigation of your claim (although at this stage I cannot comment on the probable outcome), please send your bank details including its name and address, the IBAN number and the BIC or SWIFT code. We cannot process your claim without them.
Please ensure that you include the reference number from the message April1 and your adress in your reply to receive a response as quickly as possible.
