Credit card fraud.

Dear Sirs, few hours ago my credit card was charged by SNCF INTERNET 75 for 107 EUR. I didn't purchase any tickets or other services from SNCF lately, so I suspect the case of credit card fraud. I contacted my bank. They blocked my credit card and started investigation. But they also asked me to send a reclamation to SNCF. My question is - where I should send the reclamation and what it should contain?

If informations of your card have been stolen, a service will have no sign to suppose that the transaction is not authorized by the owner of the card.
